Post Views: 422 The “Regional Dialogue for Women Journalists on Making the Invisible Visible” organized by Article19 south asia was held in Colombo today (16). Article19 south Asia has been implimenting a globle project “Equally Safe: towards a feminist agenda to the safty of journalists(FEMSOJ).A series of dialogues will be held across the country to identify gaps and exchange ideas and thoughts to increase coordination, collaboration and peer support by offering an open platform for women journalists and social communicators to share their experiences. Under that, one more discussion forum was held today. Article19 South Asia Regional Director Mr. Farooq Faisal, Media expert Dr. Ranga Kalansuriya, Senior jounalist,Attorney At law Dirukshi Hadunnetty, ‘The morning’ Editor Mandana Ismail, Article19 Senior Programme officer Rumky Farhana and many other journalists participated in this event.
